I remember one time when my friends and I went on a mountain hiking and had a very unusual experience that I’m pretty much sure that even my friends would attest that it was one of the most alarming experience of our lives.

Not only does my support group helps these men and women diagnosed with breast cancer, we also give awareness to our community. We educate people what breast cancer is and what this does to you. How to prevent it, and how to detect it. We usually have meetings during Tuesday and Saturday evenings.

All my life, I have always been slim. But after giving birth, it became such a problem to lose the extra weight that I needed help. Going on a diet did not really work. I always feel a pain on my back every time I go home from work.
